REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At DivyanshFit, we don’t just sell plans; we build partnerships. We genuinely care about your transformation, and we believe that when both parties go “all in,” success is inevitable. If you follow your assigned systems and strategies with 100% effort and we still fail to deliver any measurable results, we will refund your investment without asking any questions. 

1. Service-Based Policy (No Standard Refunds)

Please note that all packages, programs, and coaching services offered are non-refundable. Once a service has commenced or a plan has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated returns under normal circumstances.

2. Medical Exception Clause

The only exception to our no-refund policy is in the event of a severe, documented medical injury or condition.

  • If a client sustains a severe physical injury that medically prevents them from safely continuing or participating in the coaching program, a refund or program pause may be considered.

  • To qualify for this exception, the client must provide legitimate medical documentation or a certified doctor’s note explicitly stating that they are physically unable to proceed with physical training/coaching.

3. Open Communication & Context

We believe in building true partnerships with our clients. If you are facing unexpected personal challenges or feel you are struggling to keep up, we invite you to have an open discussion with us. Based on the context of your situation, we will work together to find a fair solution such as pausing or extending your program timeline, rather than canceling it entirely.
